023; [5/50 QTWFYM] changing tracks

So I stumbled upon a website with a whole bunch of questions, 50 to be exact, that one can ask them self. I love talking about life and self, although it can be depressing sometimes. Anyway, I scanned through the questions and I thought it would be kind of fun to answer them in this blog. So hope you enjoy my answers, and please feel free to leave YOUR answer in the comments.

50 Questions That Will Free Your Mind
5. What is the one thing you’d most like to change about the world?
Well, here are some generic things that I came up with: world peace, poverty, racism, and homophobia. The last two issues got me thinking of Lady GaGa's Born This Way. So what if everyone is able to respect and maybe even appreciate the differences of other people... Would that make the world a better place? If I could change one thing about the world, it would be to change the people of this world. I would wish that everyone had a sense of empathy. If everyone has the ability to put them self in the shoes of others, I would like to imagine that the world could come to be a better place. I can only imagine the complications behind my wish, but if things were simple I'd like to think empathy is the root and solution to many of the major world issues we are experiencing today. (I could expand on that, but it'll get too complicated and essay-ish so I'll just leave it at that. )

022; [4/50 QTWFYM] said and done

So I stumbled upon a website with a whole bunch of questions, 50 to be exact, that one can ask them self. I love talking about life and self, although it can be depressing sometimes. Anyway, I scanned through the questions and I thought it would be kind of fun to answer them in this blog. So hope you enjoy my answers, and please feel free to leave YOUR answer in the comments.

50 Questions That Will Free Your Mind
4. When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done?
That depends on who will be affected.
If it's just me, than ya I tend to talk a lot with not much action. Like studying for instance. My goal would be to study a week in advance before the test, but because there's no one to disappoint but myself I let myself slack.
On the other hand, if what I say involves others than I do take what I say to heart. I'm sure you're all familiar with the saying, let's keep in touch. When I say let's keep in touch, I really do mean it and you can definitely see it in my efforts in making any relationship work. I bring that point up because I feel that when some people say it, they don't entirely mean it. I have learned that it takes two to make any sort of relationship work.

021; new found love...

I have found a new love. DEEP FRIED PICKLES.
It all started with drinks with a friend at a small bar called Einsteins. I've been curious about deep fried pickles, but I've never actually ordered it because I didn't want to try it alone (does that even make sense???). As I ordered the bar usual (nachos) my friend noticed there was deep fried pickles on the menu annnd hey she wanted to try it too. So there's the story.
My favourite bar food: 1) nachos 2) deep fried pickles 3) fries and everything else
Next things to try on my deep fried list: mars bars, ice cream, and butter balls. yumm.

Speaking of love (well more like an obsession in this case), I've been watching a lot of Asian dramas lately to brush up on the language to prepare my for my internship... Is it working? Not as well as I hoped, but I'm enjoying it. It's all so cliche, but I can't help to like it.
